I’m not big on resolutions but reflection and evaluations are excellent life tools. I’m a goal setter and I find that I often succeed but even if I don’t crush a goal I’ve made progress. Progress over perfection any day!
I’ve decided for this coming new year I’m going to keep it very simple. Just 3 big goals, managed with habits and practice.
